The Beaufort Park Hotel is the perfect venue for your special day. For civil marriage ceremonies, civil partnerships, traditional wedding breakfasts & evening receptions, we are delighted that you are considering us as a venue for the biggest day of your life.
As an independent hotel, each and every wedding is important to us. We appreciate that all weddings are different and that this is your day. Unlike many hotel chains we are proud to have the flexibility to cater for your individual wishes.
Please call us to arrange an appointment to view our function rooms, bridal suites & gardens and our wedding co-ordinators will be delighted to discuss your own ideas for and assist in the planning of all aspects of the day. Our wedding brochure suggests a range of menus, drinks packages & buffets. Should you not see anything to your taste then our Chef will be delighted to discuss alternatives and ideas of your own.

Whatever the occasion, the Beaufort Park Hotel is delighted to welcome you. A range of menus are available including buffets, lunches, traditional Sunday lunches and banquets. Our banqueting co-ordinators will be delighted to discuss ideas & options to ensure that you and your guests have the most memorable of occasions for all the right reasons. All of our menus are prepared using fresh, locally sourced food wherever possible. Private rooms, entertainment & decorations can be arranged.

Terms & Conditions for special offers
Fully inclusive wedding package is based on a minimum of 50 adults daytime & 100 adults evening reception and is applicable to full wedding packages only. Additional guest numbers and children will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
The late ceremony with evening hot buffet reception is based on 60 adults attending a civil marriage or partnership celebration at the hotel with evening reception commencing from 7.00pm. Registrar fees are not included.
Midweek offer prices are valid Sunday to Friday only, throughout 2012 or 2013.
Prices for fully inclusive package are based on menu A for the daytime, silver drinks package and evening buffet to contain 6 items from the following: -
• Assorted Bridge Rolls or Assorted Sandwiches
• Mini Jacket Potatoes or Cajun Potato Wedges
• Sausage & Apple Plait or Chicken Drumsticks Garlic Bread or Pizza
• Assorted Quiche or Bhajis, Samosas and spring rolls, Six Assorted Salads.
• Supplement for menu B at £1.50 per adult
• Supplement for Menu C at £2.50 per adult
• Supplement for Menu D at £3.50 per adult
• Supplement Gold drinks package at £1.75 per adult
• Changes to buffet menu are subject to published prices.
