Love was certainly in the air at the Beaufort Park Hotel on Valentine’s Day 2014.
More than 50 happy couples were welcomed to the bar and restaurant, taking in the beautiful romantic atmosphere with every sip of bubbly.
The most popular starter was our sensational king prawn skewers and sweet chilli dipping sauce, with succulent rack of honey roast lamb and fondant potatoes being the favourite main course dish.
Chocolate fondue, with marshmallows, pineapple, strawberries, banana and homemade mini shortbread biscuit proved to be the dessert that thrilled our diners the most.
The old adage “love and marriage go together like a horse and carriage” was echoed the same evening as a beautiful wedding unfolded in the Westminster Suite.
