Westminster Suite (Westminster Suites 1 & 2)

The largest of our conference rooms, the Westminster Suite is ideal for seminars of up to 200 delegates, dinner dances, exhibitions, product launches, shareholders’ meetings, presentations, and celebrations.

The room also offers the flexibility to be partitioned into two separate spaces:

  • Westminster Suite 1 – seating up to 150* delegates
  • Westminster Suite 2 – seating up to 90* delegates

Private bar facilities are also available.

Regent Suite

Our medium-sized conference room offers seating for up to 60 delegates, making it ideal for meetings, training sessions, presentations, and smaller conferences. This versatile space can also be partitioned for added flexibility, with the adjoining syndicate room, the Beaufort Suite.

Our Arches Bar is conveniently located just around the corner.

Palace Suite

Ideal for boardroom meetings of up to 16 delegates, this well-appointed meeting room offers a professional and comfortable setting for smaller gatherings, interviews, and private discussions. Conveniently located on the ground floor and close to reception, it remains a popular choice for business meetings.

Princess Suite 1

Princess suite 1 seats up to 50 delegates theatre style with Princess suite 2 directly opposite in location making it perfect for training events requiring a separate breakout or interview room.

Excellent for training rooms, group assessments and presentations.

Princess Suite 2

Seating up to 25 delegates a smaller room, ideal for smaller training events, or as a syndicate room for its larger neighbour, Princess suite 1.
