Mold has been a market town since around 1100. Its wide High Street was originally laid out to accommodate market traders and livestock sales. A later livestock market was held in Grosvenor Street
Mold’s market tradition continues today with regular street and indoor markets in the town centre.
Mold Street Market
Mold Street Market takes place every Wednesday and Saturday, from 9am to 3.30pm, throughout the year.
With more than 70 traders, it is a good place to browse while exploring the town.
Mold Indoor Market
Mold Indoor Market is located in the Daniel Owen Precinct, in the town centre.
It is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
