We have Classic Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Family Rooms and Executive Suites. The best choice will depend on whether you are travelling as a couple, family, with your dog or looking for a little more space. - Do you have family rooms?
Yes. Our Family Rooms can accommodate up to two adults and two children under 12. Please check availability and room details when booking. - Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. - Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, we have free on-site parking for guests. All you need to do is register your vehicle registration. - What time can I check in and check out?
Check in time is 11.00am and Checkout is 2.00pm. Early check-in and late check-out may be available as a package upgrade at a cost of £20.00 per addition- subject to availability. - How do I book a room?

- Do you serve food at the hotel?
Yes. The Arches Bar & Restaurant serves brunch, light bites, sandwiches and meals, as well as drinks. - What time is food served?
Food is served from 7am ( Breakfast) until 9.30pm ( evening meals and lunches)
- Do I need to book a table?
booking a table is highly recommended especially at peek times and days. Table bookings over 10 guests require a deposit and all afternoon tea bookings require a £5.00 per person deposit - Do you cater for children?
Yes, there is a children’s menu available. - Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Special diets can be catered for, please let us know when booking your table and again when ordering your food. - Is breakfast included with my stay?
Some room packages are offered on a bed-and-breakfast basis. Please contact the hotel or check your confirmation to see if you have breakfast included. You can always add this on later at £12.95 per person
